Horizon I+D is a company dedicated to the research and development of products and processes in the pharmaceutical and chemical fields, as well as obtaining financing for your R+D projects.

We provide advise to your company and manage your R+D projects, from the search for patents, to the preparation and presentation of client-oriented reports or compilation of the registration dossier, going through the phases of formulation, development of analytical methods, scaling-up and optimization of the manufacturing process or registration batches.

Horizon I+D arises to help you overcome those barriers on the development of your product, from market research or financing, to registration and obtaining licenses.

After an extensive research career, combining academia and the Research Department in the pharmaceutical industry, David Lucio founded Horizon I+D in 2022 with the aim of helping third companies achieve their goals in the most efficient way.

We have collaborated with partners from the USA and the European Union, establishing networks with those that best suit the needs of our clients. In addition, the founding partner worked for several years at one of the State Key Laboratories of the Government of China at Sichuan University and at the West China Hospital in Chengdu (Sichuan, China).

We have participated in research projects funded by the European Union (Marie Curie International Research Staff Exchange Scheme or Rapid Access at Jülich Center for Neutron Sciences), projects funded by the Ministry of Innovation and Science of the Government of Spain (Retos de la Sociedad Program, Nanocomposite materials with antimicrobial properties with potential applications in the food industry), several projects financed by CDTI and others financed by Regional Governments.
